Joe Dante recently sat down with Fangoria.Com to talk about his upcoming movie The Hole and he said such wonderful things about Nathan that I just had to post them.

"Nathan Gamble, the youngest kid, is a natural born actor. He reminds me of Ethan [Hawke]. I think if he decides to pursue it, he could go far."

“The funny thing about Nathan was that he was such a good actor, that he could get right into the scene immediately. Then you call ‘cut,’ and he’s just a happy kid again. It’s really a temperament thing.”


There was also a little revealed about Nathan's character: The primary phobia of Gamble’s character is a terrifying clown puppet. It isn’t long before the doll begins mounting violent physical assaults. The character’s anxiousness and eventual terror must be communicated to audiences through not just the dialogue, but physical gestures and expressions, particularly in close-ups of the actor that don’t involve the object as a frame of reference.

Another Hank TV Spot has appeared on the show's official site featuring Nathan! I absolutely love this one. I have a feeling Nathan is just as good at comedic roles as his is at drama. Remember the show premieres September 30th!

A new poster for The Hole was released yesterday and features Nathan! Although it's not the best poster in the world (in my opinion) I do love Nathan's face on it and I'm glad to see him on it!

The films official site is also now up and running and can be seen here. There's no trailer yet but there are 3 new promotional stills of Nathan and a character synopsis which also features a new picture. All have been added to the gallery. smile

16 Sep 2009 Awards, Screencaps and TV Spot

Nathan's film The Hole premiered last week at the Venice Film Festival and won the festivals first ever 3-D award beating out films such as Up and Journey to the Centre of the Earth so a huge congradulations to the cast a crew! There has been no release date set for the film to date.

Next, thanks to the amazing Heather we have over 350 HQ screencaps of Nathan in The Mist. I already have screencaps of the film but these are from Blu-Ray and are unbelievable quality. If you haven't seen the film then be sure too because it's one of Nathan's best performances in my opinion! Thanks again Heather smile

Finally, a new short TV spot for Hank has been released which you can view below. I'm so excited for the show to start!
